These are wonderful thoughts that are already cultivating mindfulness. Applying it to areas throughout your world has given me some thought about how to do the same for my word of the year. Thank you
Great word of the year! (Sidenote: I've been thinking of getting a Brick for a while!! I actually almost bought one yesterday, but then didn't. I wonder if it will just be another gadget for me to override without actually getting to the root of my phone issue? Deep thoughts for a Friday morning!) ;)
My husband is definitely much more disciplined than I am. But it has helped prevent doomscrolling, which has been very helpful this week. It’s definitely made me more mindful of what I do online, pursuing only the things that actually bring joy.
What a great word for the year! I love reading how thoughtful you’ve been in defining what that looks like in each area of your life.
Such a great word. Such a beautiful posture and practice. Cheering for you, Becca!
Thank you!! It’s a much more gracious approach than I usually go with but that has been so helpful so far this year.
You’ve picked a very good word, and I love the ways you broke down how you are going to be mindful.
might have to look into the brick!! love this thought for the year rebecca!
